Notice addressed to the holders of personal data acting in possession of Transportes JSV, S.A. de C.V.

Transportes JSV, S.A. de C.V., with address in Carretera Tampico Mante, Km 14.6, Colonia Laguna de la Puerta, Altamira, Tamaulipas, is responsible for handling its personal data acting in power of such company.

Transportes JSV, S.A. de C.V., obtains your personal data when you provide it directly, and such information is gathered and used with means to establish the existence or past existence between you, acting under your own name, or in representation of other physical persons or legal entities, and this company.

The holders can object, limit the use and disclosure of their personal information, and can exercise the rights granted by the Personal Data in Possession of Particulars Protection Federal Law (LFPDPPP) to access, rectify, cancel or oppose, upon written request being submitted in our address before the Legal Department, which is our department in charge of personal data treatment. All the submitted requests must contain:

• The name and autograph signature of the holder, as well as an address or another media to be informed of the response to your request.
• Add an official document that credits the holder´s identity, or in its case, the legal representation of the personal´s data holder.
• Include a clear and precise description of the personal data of which you will exercise the rights granted by the Law.
• Include any element or document that helps find the personal data subject of the matter.

Once Transportes JSV, S.A. de C.V. has received your written request, it has a term of twenty days to attend your petition and give response to it, which will be informed of through written notice in the address that you would have established, or through the media outlined in your written request.

Transportes JSV, S.A. de C.V., may be able to transfer personal data contained in its data bases to any of the affiliate companies and/or subsidiaries, and even to third parties, national or foreign, except when the respective holders expressly indicate their opposition, in terms of the established by the Personal Data in Possession of Particulars Protection Federal Law.

Transportes JSV, S.A. de C.V., reserves the right to change, modify, complement and/or alter this Privacy Notice, in attention to the Law´s reforms and its regulations, or due to internal norms from the responsible party, in which case you will be notified through any of the means established by the law, in the subject matter.
